Acceptance and provider
By using this website or confirming a service with Runtime Nodecore, you accept these terms. Runtime Nodecore provides educational technical-analysis mentoring from Bangkok, Thailand. If you do not agree, do not use the website or book a service.
Educational scope
Sessions, reviews, articles, annotations, and workshop discussions are for general education. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or brokerage advice; no fiduciary relationship is created. We do not execute trades, access accounts, recommend position sizes, or guarantee accuracy, profit, or avoidance of loss. You make all market decisions independently.
Booking, fees, and attendance
A booking is confirmed when we accept the requested scope and receive any stated payment. You must provide accurate contact information and suitable, non-confidential chart material. Timing, rescheduling, cancellation, deposits, and refunds follow the confirmation email and our refund policy.
Acceptable conduct
Do not record a session without written consent, share another participant’s chart or identity, disrupt a workshop, submit unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, or use site content to misrepresent your qualifications. We may end participation for serious misconduct without refund where permitted by law.
Intellectual property
Runtime Nodecore owns its website text, original worksheets, teaching sequences, graphics, and annotations. You may use delivered notes for personal study. You may not resell, republish, train a commercial service on, or distribute them without written permission. You retain rights in charts and notes you submit and grant us a limited licence to use them only to deliver the requested service.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care in delivering services but do not promise uninterrupted website access or error-free market data supplied by third parties. To the extent allowed by Thai law, Runtime Nodecore is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect loss, or decisions made from educational material. Liability for a direct proven service failure is limited to the fee paid for that service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, termination, and governing law
We may revise these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. Existing confirmed bookings remain governed by the terms accepted at confirmation unless law requires otherwise. We may suspend site access or refuse future bookings for breach. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes fall under the competent courts of Thailand after good-faith efforts to resolve them.
