Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fair notice periods for private mentoring, written reviews, and small-group Chart Lab places.

Effective 17 August 2026

Private mentoring

Cancel a confirmed private session at least 48 hours before its start for a full refund. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours receive a 50% refund. Fees are non-refundable with less than 24 hours’ notice or after a no-show. You may reschedule once without charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.

Written chart diagnostics

A full refund is available before we begin reviewing submitted charts. Once annotation or analysis has started, the fee is non-refundable because the commissioned work is already underway. If we have completed only a separable preliminary stage, we may offer a partial refund reflecting work not yet performed. A delivered diagnostic is not refundable merely because the market later moved differently.

Saturday Chart Lab

Cancel a group place at least 48 hours before the lab for a full refund or transfer to another available date. Later cancellations are non-refundable unless we fill the place from a waiting list. A transferred place must be used within three months. Failure to attend is a no-show.

Provider cancellation and exceptions

If Runtime Nodecore cancels and cannot offer a suitable replacement, we refund the affected service in full. We consider documented emergencies individually and may reschedule or issue a partial refund. Purchased third-party materials or payment charges already and irreversibly incurred are deducted only when disclosed and legally permitted.

How to request a refund

Email contact@runtime-nodecore.digital with your name, service, session date, and reason. Do not send bank credentials. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible within 7–10 business days; banks or payment providers may require additional time.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under Thai law. Deposits, if a custom team engagement requires one, will have specific refundable and non-refundable stages stated in writing before payment.
