Data we collect
We collect information you provide: name, email, phone if voluntarily supplied, requested service, market and timeframe, messages, scheduling details, payment confirmation, and chart files. Please remove account numbers, balances, identity documents, and unnecessary position-size data before sending charts.
The website may process basic device, browser, page, and referral information if optional analytics are enabled. Essential browser storage records your cookie choice.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer inquiries, assess service fit, schedule and deliver mentoring, maintain transaction records, protect the site, resolve disputes, and comply with Thai legal obligations. Depending on context, processing is necessary to take steps at your request or perform a contract, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests in operating a safe practice, or act on consent for optional analytics.
Sharing and international transfers
We share only what is necessary with hosting, email, scheduling, payment, and professional-service providers. We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside Thailand. Where required, we use contractual safeguards, assess provider protections, and limit transferred fields. Authorities may receive data where lawfully required.
Retention and security
Unconverted inquiries are generally deleted after 12 months. Service correspondence, chart materials, and review notes are retained up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion and no legal need prevents it. Financial and tax records may be retained for the period required by Thai law. We use access controls, limited provider permissions, and reasonable technical safeguards; no internet transmission is risk-free.
Your rights
Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand and applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. We may verify identity before acting. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
Children and updates
Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Material changes to this notice will appear here with a revised effective date.
